$22 Per Hour for Regular Customers - A Regular Customer keeps cleaning solutions on hand and gets their home cleaned at least once every two weeks. (I will do my best to meet special requests) A time can be chosen in the morning or afternoon. Add an Extra $3 Per Hour for cleaning products such as bathroom or floor cleaners. Add $2 Per Hour for detail cleaning service.
$25 Per Hour for Monthy or On-Call visits - A Monthly Customer is someone who chooses to have their home cleaned every month; once per month. An On-Call customer is someone who calls when service is needed. Add an Extra $2 Per Hour for cleaning products such as bathroom or floor cleaners. Add $2 Per Hour for Detail Cleaning Service.
$24 Per Hour for Small Business / Office Cleanings. Add an Extra $2 Per Hour for cleaning products such as bathroom or floor cleaners. Add $2 Per Hour for Detail Cleaning Service.
$25 Per Hour for Move-In / Move-Out Cleanings - These type of cleanings are the hardest and therefore need the most attention to detail. These are Detail Cleanings. Customers usually require me to bring all of the cleaning equipment and supplies to the work site. Add an Extra $2 Per Hour for cleaning products such as bathroom or floor cleaners.
Emergency Visits: I reserve the right to charge anywhere from $30 to $35 per hour for last minute visits especially on Sundays and Holidays.
Pricing is based on whether your service is a Standard or Detail Cleaning Service; and you enjoy a $2 per hour discount if you are a regular customer.
Cleaning the inside of cabinets, inside of stoves, light fixtures, blinds, and window cleaning are all considered detail cleaning and are charged accordingly.
Standard cleaning included everything listed in the Bathroom, Kichen, Dining Room, Living Room, Bedroom, Stairs, and Floor Cleaning sections.
